Please enter details of the device you need recovering. Use the drop down to select the type of device you require recovering and then answer the questions. Please let us know what files you need recovering and whether you use Windows or Mac

Collection Address

Please provide address for device collection and return. If your billing address differs from your collection and return address then you can enter this at the payment stage. Please note -  if the billing and collection addresses differ, we do additional checks for your safety and your data security. 

Sending us your device.

Choose your preferred shipping method to send your device to our data recovery lab. Select one of the options below. Please note that if you fail to send your device, we will automatically refund you after 14 days.

Returning your data. 

Once a data recovery has been sucessful, we shall return your rescued data on new media which you can provide or purchase from us. See our prices pages for media cost. Please select your return options. 

Payment Summary

Please note we take payment for the Core service only. If you require a more advaced repair we shall be in touch with a quote. We are happy to refund all lap costs minus the postage if you choose not to take a repair which requires a more advaced service. 

Payment

Once you click finish, you will be taken to our payment processor Stripe. After your payment has been made, look out for an email from us containing your confirmation, receipt and collection information. You can also reach out if you have any queries to hello@elitedatarescue.com
